Tabu and Ishaan Khatter's A Suitable Boy to close TIFF 2020

Mumbai/IBNS: Tabu and Ishaan Khatter starrer film A Suitable Boy has been chosen to close the Toronto International Film Festival 2020.

A Suitable Boy, which has been directed by Mira Nair, is based on Vikram Seth's book of the same name. 

Apart from Ishaan and Tabu, A Suitable Boy also stars Tanya Maniktala, Rasika Dugal, Savita Kapoor, Randeep Hooda, Shefali Shah, Ram Kapoor and Shahana Goswami in distinct roles. 

While Ishaan worked with Nair for the first time, Tabu had earlier worked with the filmmaker for 'The Namesake' in 2006.

A Suitable Boy premiered on Jul 26 on BBC One.
