IPL: MI thrash CSK by 10 wickets, secure top spot in points table

Sharjah/UNI: Openers Ishan Kishan's brilliant half century (not out 68 off 37 balls) and Q de Kock's unbeaten 46 helped Mumbai Indians (MI) beat Chennai Super Kings (CSK) comprehensively by 10 wickets in the 41st Match of the IPL at Sharjah Cricket Stadium on Friday.

Earlier, MI won the toss and opted to bowl. CSK scored 114/9 in 20 overs while MI completed 116 runs in 12.2 overs.

MI, who were at third spot earlier, have climbed to the top spot in IPL points table winning their seventh game in 10 matches while CSK have lost their eighth game in 11 matches.

For CSK, Sam Curran was the top scorer with his 52 off 47 balls (4 fours, 2 sixes).
