Mumbai Indians look to secure first win in IPL 11 against Royal Challengers Bangalore today
Mumbai, Apr 17 (IBNS): Defending champions Mumbai Indians is yet to register a victory in the 11th edition of Indian Premier League as they are heading to play their fourth match in the tournament against Royal Challengers Bangalore at the Wankhede Stadium here on Tuesday.
The Rohit Sharma-led side will look to seal a victory at their den against Virat Kohli's men, in the all important encounter.
Mumbai skipper Rohit Sharma, who is considered to be one of the most explosive batsmen in T20 cricket, failed to fire while opening the innings in the previous matches.
Though all their previous matches have been humdingers, Mumbai failed to hold their nerves till the end to emerge victorious.
On the other hand, the Bengaluru boys too are coming at the back of a loss, having conceding a home game to Rajasthan Royals.
RCB has won just one out of three matches.
The sporting encounter is scheduled to begin at 8 pm.
