Virender Sehwag 'sold' for Akshay Kumar's Gold?

Mumbai, Aug 13 (IBNS): Former Indian cricketer Virender Sehwag seems to be impressed by actor Akshay Kumar starrer upcoming Hindi film Gold.

Sehwag along with his entire family watched the film at a special screening of the film.

After watching the film, Sehwag took to Twitter to say, "Thank you @akshaykumar for the special screening. I am totally #SoldForGold. Wonderful performances and a really inspiring movie. May it do well and inspire many."

Directed by Reema Kagti, Gold is a historical sports drama film.

Along with Akshay, Gold stars actress Mouni Roy in the other lead role.

The film is slated to release on Aug 15.
