Adani Group hires urban planners and designers to redevelop Dharavi slum in Mumbai

Mumbai/IBNS: Adani Group-led Dharavi Redevelopment Project Private Limited (DRPPL) has hired urban planners and designers to redevelop Mumbai's Dharavi locality, which is one of the world's largest slums, media reports said.

Dubai/Mumbai/IBNS: A Dubai firm has threatened to take a legal step against the Maharashtra government for delaying a multi-billion dollar project which is aimed to redevelop Dharavi, a slum area in the Mumbai city of India with a population of about 700,000 people, Gulf News reported.
