JSW Cement targets to double cement grinding capacity to 41 MTPA

Mumbai: JSW Cement Ltd plans to more than double its cement grinding capacity in India, increasing it from the current 20.60 million tonnes per annum (mtpa) to nearly 41 mtpa, as stated in its draft initial share sale documents.

Salboni, June 12 (IBNS): JSW Cement,a part of the US$ 12 billion JSW Group, recently inaugurated a railway siding to cater to incoming and outgoing cargo of 2.4MTA cement manufacturing unit at Salboni in West Bengal. The 6.5 Kms railway siding will seamlessly connect the manufacturing unit to the main rail line between Godapiasal and Salboni.
