Kavaratti (Lakshadweep): Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Wednesday inaugurated the Kochi-Lakshadweep Islands Submarine Optical Fibre Connection (KLI-SOFC) project among various developmental initiatives worth more than Rs 1,150 crore in Lakshadweep’s capital Kavaratti.

Lakshadweep: The Union Government is committed to developing port infrastructure facilities in all the islands of Lakshadweep, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said on Tuesday while noting that they are the lifeline of the archipelago.
