Sukinda/ Kolkata, Oct 4 (IBNS): Sukinda Chromite Mine of Tata Steel, located in Jajpur district of Odisha, has bagged the prestigious Bala Gulshan Tandon Excellence Award for overall performance for the year 2015-16 given by Federation of Indian Mineral Industries (FIMI), the premier mining body of the country.

Jamshedpur/ Kolkata, July 5 (IBNS): The Noamundi Iron Mine of Tata Steel is conferred with the Five-Star Award for undertaking mining activities in a sustainable manner. The award was received by T V Narendran, Managing Director, Tata Steel India & SEA from Union Minister of Steel & Mines Narendra Singh Tomar in the National Conclave on Mines & Minerals at Raipur on Tuesday.
