Bihar shelter home case: Delhi HC issues notice to CBI over accused plea

New Delhi/UNI: The Delhi High Court on Wednesday issued notice to the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), after hearing an appeal filed by Brijesh Thakur, who was convicted and sentenced to life imprisonment in connection with the sexual assault of over 40 girls in a shelter home in Muzaffarpur District of Bihar.

Patna, Aug 12 (IBNS): After a marathon grilling of 11 hours, a Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) team on Saturday took possession of Brajesh Thakur, the prime accused of the Bihar shelter home rape and physical torture case, media reports said.
