All bodies of Coonoor chopper crash victims identified

New Delhi/UNI: Mortal remains of all Army personnel and Indian Air Force (IAF) personnel on board the chopper that crashed near Coonoor in Tamil Nadu, killing India's first CDS General Bipin Rawat, have been identified, Defence sources said on Saturday.

Coonoor/UNI: Group Captain Varun Singh, the lone survivor of the Mi-17V5 chopper crash which snuffed out the lives of India's first Chief of Defence Staff General Bipin Rawat, his wife and 11 others, was today shifted to Bengaluru for advanced treatment.
