New Delhi/IBNS: At least seven former high court judges on Monday wrote an open letter to President Droupadi Murmu, Chief Justice of India DY Chandrachud and Chief Election Commissioner Rajiv Kumar, expressing ‘concern’ over the way the Lok Sabha elections were held.
