Milan, Sept 26 (IBNS): West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee on Wednesday said the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP)'s 12-hour state-wide bandh, which has been called to protest killing of two students at Islampur College in North Dinachpur district, is a complete failure.

Kolkata Sept 26 (IBNS): The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP)'s 12-hour West Bengal bandh (strike) to protest the killing of two students in a clash with police in North Dinajpur district of the state is underway, media reports said.
