PATNA: There is a very interesting fact about Madhepura—“Rome Pope ka, Madhepura Gope ka (What Rome is to Pope, Madhepura is to Gope or Yadavs)”. It’s not surprising then that this key north Bihar constituency has elected only Yadavs as its leader in the Lok Sabha since Independence.
