Ahmedabad, Dec 12 (IBNS) Prime Minister Narendra Modi will wrap up his high octane Gujarat poll campaign on Tuesday and he on the final day is flying in a seaplane from Sabarmati river in Ahmedabad to Dharoi dam in Mehsana district.
