Parliament: TMC MP Santanu Sen suspended for snatching Pegasus statement from IT Minister

New Delhi/IBNS: Trinamool Congress (TMC) Rajya Sabha MP Dr. Santanu Sen has been suspended for the rest of the monsoon session of Parliament for snatching papers containing a written statement on Pegasus spyware issue from Information Technology Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw's hands, tearing it and throwing it to the Chair.

Kolkata, Jun 15 (IBNS): After visiting the Nil Ratan Sircar Medical College and Hospital (NRSMCH), Indian Medical Association (IMA) president Dr. Shantanu Sen, who is also a leader of the ruling Trinamool Congress, has urged the protesters to meet West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee to find a solution to the ongoing medical crisis. The junior doctors so far remained adamant and demanded that the CM should come and meet them at NRS.
