Kolkata, Jan 29 (IBNS) Salman Khan and Sonam Kapoor-starrer 'Prem Ratan Dhan Payo' got the best film (Hindi) honour while Calendar Girls-maker Madhur Bhandarkar got the best director (Hindi) honour in the ''24th Kalakar Awards' function, one of the popular award ceremonies, in the region.
