Afghanistan: 7 ISIS terrorists killed during operation conducted by security forces

Kabul, June 28 (IBNS): During an operation conducted by security forces in Afghanistan's Nangarhar province, at least seven ISIS terrorists have been killed, media reports said on Friday.

The informed military sources said Thursday that the operation was conducted in Chaparhar district of Nangarhar, Khaama Press reported.

The sources further told the news agency that the Speical Forces also confiscated a small cache of weapons during the raid.

Meanwhile, an airstrike wounded another ISIS militant in Achin district of Nangarhar, the sources told the news agency.

The ISIS has not commented on the issue so far.
