Afghanistan: Airstrikes kill 52 Taliban terrorists

Kabul/IBNS: A series of airstrikes in Afghanistan in the past 24 hours, which were conducted across five provinces in the country, killed at least 52 Taliban terrorists, media reports said.

The officials further added an airstrike in Shinkai district of Zabul province killed at least 30 Taliban militants, reported Khaama Press.

The security forces conducted an airstrike in Spin Boldak district of Kandahar which killed 12 Taliban militants, the officials told the news agency.

Airstrikes in Gizab district of Daykundi province killed 6 Taliban militants, the officials told the news agency, adding that another airstrike in Aab Band district of Ghazni killed 3 Taliban militants and destroyed a cache of weapons.
