Kabul, Feb 19 (IBNS): At least 12 bodies were found in Afghanistan's Nangarhar province according to local Tolo News.

According to tribal elders, the deceased were suspected to have been kidnapped by ISIS.

The bodies were found in Nangarhar's Kot district.

The kidnappings took place more than a year ago.

Meanwhile, residents in Achin and Pachiragam districts of the province said that ISIS has kidnapped more people from these place and the government has done little to prevent such occurrences.

However, downplaying the allegations, local officials have said that security forces have often tried their best to free the hostages.
