Afghanistan: Security forces kill burqa-clad terrorist

Kabul, Mar 24 (IBNS): A burqa-clad suspected terrorist was killed by Afghanistan security forces in northern Faryab province of the country, media reports said.

The 209th Shaheen Corps of the Afghan Military in the North said the militant was shot dead around 11 am local time on Saturday, reported Khaama Press.

As per local media reports, the suspected terrorist was trying to assassinate security personnel by disguising in women’s dress and Burqa.

No terrorist group has commented on the issue so far.

As per Khaama Press report,  Faryab is among the relatively volatile provinces in North of Afghanistan.
