Bangladesh PM completes Azerbaijan tour, returning home

Baku/IBNS: Ending her four-day official visit to Azerbaijan, Bangladesh PM Sheikh Hasina left for Dhaka on Sunday.

A special flight of Biman Bangladesh Airlines carrying the Prime Minister and her entourage took off from Baku Heydar Aliyev International Airport at 11:10am (local time), The Daily Star reported.

Azerbaijan Minister for Education Jeyhun Aziz oglu Bayramov saw the Bangladesh PM off at he airport.

Bangladesh Ambassador to Turkey M Allama Siddiki was present at the airport at this time.

Sheikh Hasina went to the country on Thursday to attend the 18th Summit of the Non-Aligned Movement (NAM).
