Israeli airstrikes kill two Hamas political office members

Tunis/Tunisia: Israeli airstrikes in Khan Younis in the southern Gaza Strip killed two members from Hamas's political office, Jawad Abu Shammala and Zakaria Abu Maamar, Al Arabiya reported on Tuesday.

In separate statements, the Israeli military confirmed killing Abu Shammala and Abu Maamar, saying they had been struck overnight, reports Reuters.

The death toll and injuries from Israel from Israeli attacks on the Gaza Stirp have risen to 788 and 4,100, respectively, according to the latest update by the Palestinian Health Ministry on Tuesday.
