Pakistan: 4 militants, 2 soldiers killed in FC camp attack

Islamabad, Nov 26 (IBNS): At least four militants were killed and two security forces were killed during an attack on an army base in the Mohmand tribal region in Pakistan on Saturday, media reports said.

The deceased soldiers belonged to the Frontier Corps (FC).

At least 14 FC men have been injured in the attack, reports said.

Conforming the incident, DG Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) Asim Bajwa tweeted: "Security Forces valiantly defeated Suicide Attack on Ghalani Camp in Mohmand Agency killing all
4 Suicide Bombers.Own 2 sldrs martyred."

According to Dawn News website, Jamaat-ul-Ahrar militant group has claimed responsibility for the attack.
