Assam govt to withdraw COVID-19 related curbs from Feb 15

Guwahati/IBNS: Assam Chief Minister Dr Himanta Biswa Sarma on Monday said the state government will withdraw all COVID-19 related curbs from the state from Feb 15 as the COVID-19 situation has improved in the state.

There is need to be empathetic, compassionate and have a uniform policy while enforcing Covid-19 protocols

Covid-19 cases in India continue to rise albeit now at a slower pace in the Omicron led third wave. Yet we need to be extra careful as many people are contracting the virus while traveling – by rail, bus or air.
