Mahindra Truck and Bus, part of the Mahindra Group, on Thursday announced the launch of the all-new BLAZO i-TRK, a next-generation heavy commercial truck built around the promise of “Profit Ka Rocket” for transporters and fleet owners.
Positioned as a complete business solution rather than just a truck, the BLAZO i-TRK combines fuel efficiency, a high-performance powertrain, intelligent connected technologies and an industry-first uptime guarantee. The company said the truck is designed to help customers maximise earnings, improve productivity, reduce operating costs and gain greater control over their fleets.
The BLAZO i-TRK has been engineered around three customer-focused propositions: Earn More, Run More and Control More.
Earn More
The BLAZO i-TRK offers up to 10% better fuel efficiency, according to Mahindra. It incorporates technologies such as the AI-powered iFUELSMART auto drive mode, TurboMAXX turbocharger and OptiFuel air compressor, along with other hardware and software innovations designed to optimise fuel consumption.
The company said the cumulative savings could translate into up to ₹15 lakh* in additional profit per truck over five years, helping transporters expand their businesses faster.
Run More
The BLAZO i-TRK is powered by Mahindra’s 320 HP mPOWER engine across the range, delivering strong performance, reliability and productivity.
Driver comfort has also been prioritised through features including the COMFiMAXX suspended seat, EzyCruise cruise control, a Bluetooth-enabled music system with microphone for hands-free communication, and a spacious, premium and ergonomically designed air-conditioned cabin.
These features are aimed at helping drivers remain productive during long-haul operations and enabling fleets to complete more trips efficiently.
Every BLAZO i-TRK is backed by Mahindra’s service assurance programme, designed to maximise vehicle availability and minimise operating costs. At the centre of the programme is an industry-first 48-hour Uptime Guarantee*, under which eligible customers receive ₹10,000 per day* if the vehicle is not restored to roadworthy condition within the committed 48-hour period*.
The programme is supported by Mahindra’s nationwide service network, including Mahindra Quick Service Points (mQSPs) located within 75 km on national highways and 50 km on state highways.
Mahindra is also offering a Parts Supply Guarantee*, covering the availability of 250 critical parts* across its dealer network. If an eligible guaranteed part is not made available within the committed 24-hour period, the customer will be entitled to receive the respective part free of cost*. The truck also comes with a class-leading warranty covering more than 100 parts.
Control More
The BLAZO i-TRK is equipped with iMAXX 2.0, Mahindra’s next-generation connected vehicle platform. It provides real-time vehicle intelligence, predictive diagnostics, driver behaviour monitoring, service management and actionable business insights through desktop and mobile interfaces.
The platform is designed to enable smarter decision-making and proactive fleet management, helping customers improve operational efficiency and profitability.
Mahindra is also offering customised long-term mCARE Annual Maintenance Contracts and Extended Warranty plans, including 6Y/6L and 8Y/8L options, as well as 6,000-10,000-hour plans for tippers. These are aimed at reducing maintenance costs and providing greater peace of mind throughout the ownership period.
The new Now24x7 mobile app further enhances digital fleet management by giving transporters and fleet owners access to an end-to-end customer service platform on their smartphones.
The app allows customers to raise, track and close breakdown assistance requests, monitor the location of breakdown vans in real time, process digital approvals for repair orders, order spare parts, access complete service histories and schedule service appointments with reminders.
Mahindra said the connected ecosystem is designed to help customers reduce downtime, improve fleet efficiency and maintain greater control over their operations.
Together, the three propositions — Earn More, Run More and Control More — position the BLAZO i-TRK as a complete profitability-focused ecosystem rather than simply a heavy commercial vehicle.
