PSLV-C54 multi-orbital mission success, launches EOS-06, 8 nano satellites in orbit

Sriharikota:  India's workhorse launch vehicle PSLV-C54 on Saturday successfully launched the 1,117 kg Earth Observation Satellite-06 EOS-06 and eight nano satellites in different Orbits.

PSLV-C54/EOS-06 Mission is accomplished. After EOS-06 satellite, the remaining eight nano satellites have all been injected into their intended orbits, ISRO said.

Indian PM Narendra Modi congratulated ISRO over the achievement. 

"Congratulations to@ISROand NSIL on the successful launch of PSLV C54 mission. The EOS-06 satellite will help in optimizing utilization of our maritime resources," he said.
