Chandri Mukherjee's clothing label Chandri makes fashion week debut at Bangalore Fashion week

Bengaluru, Mar 29 (IBNS): Clothing label Chandri has made its fashion week debut at the 13th edition of Bangalore Fashion week.

Chandri is a traditional and Indo-western clothing under Chandri Mukherjee, who is a graduate from International Institute of Fashion Design with an Advanced Certificate in Fashion Designing started this label in 2014.

The label aims to diffuse traditional Indian silhouettes into contemporary form while keeping our heritage alive.

Since its inception, the label has worked with all types of hand embroidery work, new weaves and subtle prints. It targets women of all age groups creating traditional, Indo-western and bridal wear with its feminine flares, sensuous cuts, intricate work by the most skilled artisans and weavers from various remote areas of West Bengal creating new and innovative woven designs.
