Kolkata restaurants to suit your Holi mood

Kolkata/IBNS: With the pandemic still not ready to relinquish its hold, caution is essential, especially for a colourful and vibrant festival like Holi.

So instead of celebrating in a crowd sans safety protocols, why not indulge in small get together-s, and let the food and drink add colour to your celebrations?

Here are two addresses where you can enjoy a Holi bash according to your mood.

For a casual and relaxed meet, try ‘Pancham er Adday’, a musical café (near Hindustan Park, Gariahat) in remembrance of the legendary R. D. Burman.

They are offering a Holi special menu from March 28 to 29, 10am to 10.30pm.

Highlights include Mango Dahi Thandai, Thandai Rabri Panna Cotta, Golgappa with Thandai Shot, Puran Puli, Mushroom Cheese Empanadas.

If you prefer some good natured vibrant fun, you can opt for Lord of the Drinks tucked inside the South City Mall.

From March 28 to 29, noon to one am, they are offering a Holi special menu which includes a range of cocktails and mocktails along with food.

Highlights include Rang Barse, The Holi Cocktail, Ras Banarasia from the beverage list, and Peri Peri Chicken Wings, Pepperoni Pizza, Beer Chicken Chips, Smoky chilly fish from the food section.
