Kolkata's Chowman chain of restaurants offering set meal for couples this Valentine's Day
Kolkata/IBNS: If you are an 'early bird' and already started planning for your Valentine's Day programme, here is some good news from Kolkata's popular Chinese restaurant chain, Chowman.
On February 14 this year, Chowman is offering a specially curated meal for two.
You cannot go wrong with the venue as Chowman outlets are known for their ambience - enhanced by exquisitely carved walls by craftsmen flown in from China and warm lighting with elegant red and black interiors - and decor - including sculptures - handpicked from the markets of China and Hong Kong.
All the essential ingredients, including sauces, crockery and cutlery, are imported from Thailand and China.
The set four course meal, which includes soups like Veg Noodle Soup, Chicken Sweet Corn Soup to starters like Fried Chicken wings and Crispy Honey Fried Wontons along with main course and dessert, promises to be just the treat you would like to enjoy on Valentine's Day.
The specially curated set menu for two will cost Rs 1,050 for a vegetarian option and Rs 1,150 for a non-vegetarian option; prices mentioned are exclusive of tax.
Couples opting for this set meal will walk out with a box of handmade chocolates – a token of appreciation from Chowman.
