Bhopal/UNI: Madhya Pradesh is on the verge of scripting history by becoming India’s maiden state where medical studies can be pursued in the Hindi medium as well.

Such books are scheduled to be released at noon on Sunday at the state capital’s Lal Parade Ground by Union Home Affairs and Cooperation Minister Amit Shah during the programme ‘Hindi mein Gyan ke Prakash’.

A high-level task force committee was constituted under the leadership of state Medical Education Minister Vishwas Sarang.

Besides, committees were formed for subject determination and verification.

For the preparation of the syllabus, a Hindi Cell War Room ‘Mandar’ was created at the medical college here.

Suggestions from pupils and experienced doctors were included in the curriculum formulation.
