Army stage flag march in curfew-bound Samba after violence

Jammu, Aug 21 (IBNS) Army staged a flag march on Friday as 14 people, including 10 police personnel, were injured following clashes over an alleged sacrilegious act in Samba district, reports said.

Curfew was imposed on Thursday night after the violence broke out following which the police used batons and teargas to disperse stone pelting crowds..

A large number of people assembled on the highway and blocked it following the alleged act of sacrilege.
