Bill seeking exemption of H1B visa limits for foreigners with US PhD reintroduced
New Delhi, May 27 (IBNS): A Bill seeking exemption in H-1B limits for foreigners with US PhD was reintroduced in the United States House of Representatives, according to media reports on Saturday.
The Bill has bee introduced by Congressmen Erik Paulsen and Mike Quigley.
Indians, who constitute the largest number of students doing PhD in the US, are likely to benefit from the Stopping Trained in America Ph.Ds from Leaving the Economy (STAPLE) Act, according to media reports.
