Bombay HC grants anticipatory bail to Teesta Setalvad

Mumbai, Aug 11 (IBNS): Giving relief to activist Teesta Setalvad and her husband Javed Anand, the Bombay High Court on Tuesday granted anticipatory bail to them in connection with the Foreign Contribution Regulations Act violation case.

The court directed them to cooperate in the investigation in the case.

Setalvad has worked for victims of the 2002 riots in Gujarat.
