Both India, Pakistan condemned terrorism and resolved to eliminate it: Swaraj tells LS

New Delhi, Dec 14 (IBNS): External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj on Monday made a statement in the Lok Sabha on her recent visit to Pakistan and said both the countries condemned terrorism and resolved to eliminate it.

She said both India and Pakistan have decided to start comprehensive talks in the upcoming days.

"Both the countries condemned terrorism and resolved to eliminate it," Swaraj said.

"We have decided to start comprehensive talks between the two nations," Swaraj said in the Lok Sabha.

"NSA’s of India, Pakistan discussed peace, security, terrorism, tranquility along LoC, Jammu & Kashmir during their meeting on Dec 6," she said.

She said Pakistan assured India of early conclusion of the 26/11 Mumbai attacks trial.
