Burdwan blast: Nurul Hoque sent to NIA custody till July 3

Kolkata, Jun 19 (IBNS): The NIA special court on Friday sent arrested terrorist Nurul Hoque to the National Investigation Agency (NIA) custody for 14 days.

The NIA arrested Nurul Hoque on Thursday from Howrah Railway station in connection with the Burdwan blast case for his association with the terrorist conspiracy of Jamatul Mujahideen, Bangladesh (JMB).

He will be produced to the court again on July 3.

The Burdwan blast incident had taken place on Oct 2 last at Khagragarh area in Burdwan district when the explosion in a house led to the killing of two bomb makers and discovery of a cache of arms and ammunition.
