Congress likely to return to power in Rajasthan: Exit polls predict

Jaipur, Dec 7 (IBNS): The Congress is likely to storm to power in Rajasthan, as per exit polls results declared on Friday.

As per India Today-My India exit polls,in a 200-member assembly, the Congress is projected to get a maximum of 141 seats, and a minimum of 119. Both are above the halfway mark. The exit polls predicts that the BJP will get only 55 to 72 seats. If the numbers hold, then the Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) will get 1-3 seats, and three to 8 seats will go to others.

Times Now-CNX Exit Poll results give Congress an edge in Rajasthan. Congress is likely to lead with 105 seats while the BJP is panticipated to win 85 seats, BSP - 2, Others - 7.

The BJP is currently ruling the state.
