Court of Inquiry to look into Jodhpur MIG 27 crash

New Delhi, Jun 13 (IBNS): The Ministry of Defence said on Monday that the a court of inquiry has been ordered to investigate into the MIG-27 crash at Jodhpur.

The statement from the ministry said the IAF MIG 27 aircraft crashed near the Jodhpur Air Base on 13 Jun 16 at about 1130 hrs.

It also said that the aircraft was airborne from Jodhpur Air Base and was on a routine training-flying sortie. The pilot ejected safely.
