In a video which went viral on Twitter Tuesday, Trinamool Congress (TMC)'s firebrand Lok Sabha MP Mahua Moitra is seen putting her bag under the table when her party colleague Kakoli Ghosh Dastidar starts speaking on the price rice in Parliament's lower house Lok Sabha.
As the video trended, which has not been verified by India Blooms independently, netizens are believing that Moitra, a staunch critic of the Modi government, hid her costly Louis Vuitton bag under the table.
In a sarcastic tweet, one user named Zahack Tanvir said, "India’s Leftist leader #MahuaMoitra hides her ₹160,000 ($2000) #LouisVuitton bag during the price rise debate in the parliament."
