Drunk Mumbai cop harasses woman on road, arrested

Mumbai, Nov 3 (IBNS) A Mumbai cop, accused of passing lewd comments at a woman in an inebriated state on a busy road, has been suspended and arrested.

Reports said the cop, the action has been taken against the cop, Pravin Nalawade,  on charges of harassment.

On Monday evening, the woman was in an auto when she heard the policeman, looking too drunk,  making offensive comments.

The woman stopped the auto and confronted the policeman. Nalawade allegedly pulled the woman out of the auto, abused her and even assaulted her.
