IED found near J&K school
Srinagar, Aug 22 (IBNS) A major incident was averted when a patrolling party of the security forces detected a Improvised Explosive Device (IED) near a school in south Kashmir's Kulgam district, an official said.
According to reports, the IED was planted by militants on the roadside near a school.
Soon after receiving the information, the police cordoned off the area and with the help of Bomb Disposal Squad, the IED was diffused with out inflicting any injury, police officer said.
