Kejriwal lauds Delhi PWD, to inaugurate a road today

New Delhi, Jan 17 (IBNS) Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Sunday lauded the Delhi Public Works Department (PWD) for their steady work.

Kejriwal took to Twitter to congratulate the PWD, a central government body responsible for construction of roads.

"Congrats Del PWD. Inaugurating an elevated road today," the Delhi CM wrote.

He also confirmed that the construction was completed well within the budget, saving Rs 125 crore from the sanctioned money.

"Saved Rs 125 crore frm original cost. Sanctiond cost-Rs 425 cr. Actual cost-Rs 300 cr."
