Kolkata, Oct 31 (IBNS): Unknown cyber-hackers on Friday hacked the official websites of few colleges in Kolkata, reports said on Saturday.

According to reports, the official websites of Maharaja Manindra Chandra College, Ananda Mohan College and Rammohan College were hacked on Friday.

All webpages were deleted and a burning Indian national flag appeared on the index where it was written- "Shiv Sena Murdabad" and "Pakistan Zindabad".

Posting own name on the hacked webpages, a Pakistani hacker group- 'Virushacker'- claimed their responsibility.

However, the cyber crime department of Kolkata Police have started investigation into the case.
