Mamata Banerjee to meet PM Modi, Subramanian Swamy in Delhi today

| @indiablooms | Nov 24, 2021, at 04:38 pm

New Delhi/IBNS: A day after inducting a few leaders to her party Trinamool Congress (TMC), West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee will call on Prime Minister Narendra Modi and very interestingly Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) MP Subramanian Swamy on the second day of her Delhi visit on Wednesday.

Banerjee will meet Modi at 5 pm.

Before that, she will meet Swamy, who often criticises her own party, at 3:30 pm.

Her meeting with Swamy is significant as the TMC is on a spree to induct various politicians from all camps in a bid to enter into national politics.

Banerjee on Tuesday welcomed former Janata Dal (United) leader Pavan Varma, Congress leaders Kirti Azad and Ashok Tanwar.
