PM Modi invites Shinzo Abe to fly together to Varanasi city
"Taking Japan to the heart of India. In a special gesture PM invites PM @AbeShinzo to fly together to Varanasi," MEA spokesperson Vikas Swarup tweeted.
Meanwhile, Varanasi is gearing up to welcome Abe as the city is preparing for the Japanese PM's visit.
"As PM @narendramodi prepares to take PM @AbeShinzo to Varanasi, here's a look at preparations for the great welcome," Swarup said.
Abe visited India on Friday.
