Rahul Gandhi to meet President over Faridkot police firing
New Delhi, Nov 17 (IBNS) Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi will meet President Pranab Mukherjee with a 21-member delegation on Thursday over the Faridkot firing incident, reports said.
He is likely to demand a time bound probe into the alleged police firing on protesters in which two persons were killed at Behbal Kalan area in Faridkot district last month.
The Police allegedly opened fire on the people who were protesting against the sacrilege of Guru Granth Sahib at Bargari village.
