Rajnath stuck in lift, rescued from roof
New Delhi, Apr 9 (IBNS): Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh got stuck in an elevator at a government building in south Delhi's Vasant Kunj on Thursday.
He was then pulled out in a rather movie style escape, media reports said.
The incident took place at the headquarters of the paramilitary Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF), which is celebrating the "Shaurya Diwas".
Singh got stuck in the elevator with CRPF Director General and Minister of State for Home Kiran Rijiju.
When the lift refused to budge, they pressed the alarm.
He was then rescued from the roof of the elevator.
