Sushma Swaraj- led Indian delegation to attend Sushil Koirala's funeral

New Delhi, Feb 9 (IBNS): External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj will take an Indian delegation to Nepal to pay homage to former Nepal PM Sushil Koirala.

"Leaving for Nepal with S/Shri Anand Sharma Sharad Yadav SR Yechuri and Ajit Doval for homage to Sushil Koirala ji," Swaraj tweeted.

Speaking on Swaraj's visit to Nepal, MEA spokesperson Vikas Swarup tweeted: "EAM accompanied by MPs Anand Sharma, @SitaramYechury, Sharad Yadav & NSA Ajit Doval as she leaves for Kathmandu."

He had earlier tweeted: "Together with Nepal, at its time of loss. EAM @SushmaSwaraj to lead all party delegation for funeral of former PM Sushil Koirala."

Nepali Congress President and former Prime Minister Koirala, 76, passed away on Tuesday.
