New Delhi, July 20 (IBNS) The Congress Party on Monday attacked Prime Minister Narendra Modi and said his government is not 'citizen centric.'

"This government is Modi centric and not at all citizen centric. There is a sound and light show going on since 15 months," senior Congress leader Kapil Sibal said while addressing a press conference here.

He said the government's policy towards Pakistan is not clear.

"We don't understand the Pakistan policy of this Modi government," he said.

Attacking further on the Centre's foreign policy, he said : "Modi went to all countries except African countries and even cancelled summit in Indonesia besides postponing the Indo-African summit."

Sibal said Modi's Cabinet has 'twice as many ministers facing criminal cases' as compared to the previous Congress-led UPA  government.

Speaking on the functioning of the Indian Parliament in the Monsoon session, he said: "BJP top leader used to say 'obstruction is part of Parliamentary Strategy'. We will decide our strategy."
