WB Assembly polls: Chandra Kumar Bose to contest against Mamata Banerjee

Kolkata, Mar 9 (IBNS) The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has fielded Chandra Kumar Bose against West Bengal Chief Minister and TMC supremo Mamata Banerjee in the upcoming state Assembly polls.

"Shri Chandra Kumar Bose will contest election against Mamata Banerjee in upcoming assembly election in West Bengal," the party tweeted.

He is the grand nephew of freedom fighter Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose.

He had joined the BJP in January.
