West Bengal: BSF apprehends 4 Indian weapon courier
Kolkata, June 6 (IBNS) In a joint operations with the local police, the BSF troops have seized nine country made fire arms without trigger mechanism and arms making material in the area of BOP Daulatpur under Baishnabnagar PS of West Bengal and apprehended four active weapon-makers on Friday.
"The BSF IB was keeping a close watch on the activities in the area and was tracking the movement of persons from Munger (Bihar) visiting the border areas," the force said in a statement.
The apprehended persons along with seized arms, ammunition and arms making materials were handed over to Baishnabnagar Police Station for further investigation.
